At Mexico Business Navigator, we are committed to transparency and setting clear expectations regarding our services and refund policy.

Consultation Call Policy

• All consultation call bookings are non-refundable.

• However, the full amount of your consultation fee ($120 USD) will be credited toward any Business Entity Setup or Bank Account Setup package if selected within 30 days of your consultation date.

Business Entity Setup & Bank Account Setup Packages

• Once services are initiated and legal or administrative work has begun, these services are non-refundable, due to the involvement of legal professionals, government filings, and associated fees.

• Clients acknowledge and accept that failure to provide correct documents, respond in a timely manner, or complete required steps on their part may impact the success of the service delivery. In such cases, Mexico Business Navigator and its team will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued.

• For bank account setup, clients understand that:

• Required documentation must be provided promptly.

• Initial account funding and deposits are solely the client’s responsibility.

• Bank processing times and approval decisions vary by institution and are outside our control.

While we use every effort, experience, and resource available to facilitate successful service outcomes, we do not guarantee results that rely on third-party institutions (e.g., banks, notaries, government offices). We act in good faith to deliver all services professionally and within our stated scope.
